My court date has been postponed again and again for over six months - nearly nine months by now. I just want to get it over with. I'm pleading guilty. How long can this take?
It's a DUI. Hasn't the county prosecuted a DUI before? I could have served my sentence and have everything over by now. Instead my attorney asked for another continuance. This is insane. I can't take much more of this. I want to die rather than go through this.
I just want it over.
